Colorescience Barrier Pro Line
Hey Everyone, I always have trouble cleaning up my manicures and I’ve been trying to gather tips on how to make it look as clean and presentable as possible. I think many of us could benefit from a little instruction, and if you have any tips that work for you, please share! Enjoy!
These wonderful little pens are perfect for minor touch-ups and lighter polish. I made the mistake of using it for darker colors and had difficulty using it later on. Still good to have on hand and come with refillable tips.
I love the little glass dipping cup that they have at manicure shops. I went ahead and got one of my own for my own manicures. Here I use a little acetone and a nail art brush in a chisel tip and point tip to clean around the edges. Brushes are good for major goofs and getting underneath the nail.
By far, the best way to clean up the cuticle and make a clean, professional manicure. Dip the orange stick in the nail polish remover or acetone and trace the cuticle along the nail bed. This one requires the most pressure put on the nail/skin. A Ginormous thanks (for the hot tip) to the Owner of Kell’s DIY Nails on Facebook. 😉

Great tips! I always do my nails at night before bed, and if it's messy I just pick it clean in the shower lol. :)
