Pacifica Enlighten Eye Brightening Shadow Palette

**disclaimer: I purchased this item on my own

I was at Target and saw that Pacifica had some makeup that caught my eye before. They also had a blush trio but the shadows looked so pretty. It said it was coconut infused mineral eye shadows that go on velvety and cream-like. Um, did they say coconuts and velvet? I HAD to try this set.  YOu can view the Pacifica Enlighten Eye Brightening Shadow Palette here.

This set contains four shadows that are supposed to brighten the eyes.

Urchin – Iridescent jeweled purple with gold tones. I use this to smoke out the eye or do a clean liner to accent the other brighter colors. No problem with fall out at all.

Golden – Perfect gold with just the right amount of shimmer. Can also be used as a highlighter. I’m not great at using this color but swatched you’ll see how gorgeous it is. There is some fall out you see in the pan, but not on the face?

Coral Sand – Satin coral for lids or use as a highlighters. I love this color. It’s satiny smooth and looks really pretty on right above my outer crease. This color is beautiful and I need to find out a way to use it more or better.

Skinnydip – Matte nude base cover that can also be used as a universal highlighter. I love this as a eye brightening all over lid shade. I think it’s the creamiest shadow of them all.

I’ve been playing with this palette all weekend and really love the feel of the shadow the most. I really want to use Coral Sand better so I think it may be time to see what other people are doing with this palette on their blogs. I pretty much go for the same eye shadow technique 99% of the time so it may be different colors but all smudged out and blended pretty much the same way. This palette came around $13-14 (I think?) and I think its pretty good. I like the colors. They feel really smooth going on using a spongy eye shadow brush (** I use the kind that are spongy but are covered it a velvet or microfiber kinda thing)

This product is 100% vegan. Cruelty Free and is formulated without sulfates, petroleum, parabens, SLS or pthalates. You can check them out at www.pacificabeauty.com
