The SioBeauty kit utilizes three easy steps that you can work into your nighttime and morning routine. First is the décolleté cleansing wipes which gently cleanses and exfoliates the skin with glycolic and lactic acids to prepare the skin for the overnight. I usually did this right after my evening shower. After allowing my skin to fully dry, you then apply the silicone skin pad that does the real smoothing magic. These washable and reusable pads stick to your chest preventing new wrinkles from forming while you sleep while increases skin hydration levels by creating a micro-climate that draws moisture to the skin. No need to worry about adhesives that could cause irritation to the skin — these are FDA cleared, and clinically and allergy tested.
In the morning you peel off the pad, rinse it under water with oil free soap so it cleans off any oils and regenerates the stickiness for the following evening. The kit contains two pads with each pad lasting two weeks. I found that the edges kinda lost their stick when fuzz from my top or sheets got stuck to it and that made my baby girl want to peel at it — but stays on well. Not to mention they are comfortable to wear and you forget they are there for the most part.
I was pretty impressed with how well this system worked. You will really notice a difference on the first morning after you take off the pad and touch your skin. I only wish the pad reached up higher up to work on the deep creases I get from sleeping with my arm up. I don’t think I could use this on the regular because it’s a bit out of my ongoing beauty budget, but I could see this being useful in prepping for a big day like your wedding or another special occasion.
You can find out more about SioBeauty by visiting their website and see some fabulous before and afters that I wasn’t able to capture myself with an iPhone. I also didn’t have as deep of wrinkles but I can attest to the fact that this system works! You can also follow them on Facebook or Instagram for more details on how SioBeauty can work for you.
