3 Graces Beauty Radiant Lip Gloss
Are you more of a lipstick or lip gloss girl? I have a collection of each, but I definitely lean toward lip glosses more! I think that I stick with glosses more because they tend to be more forgiving as they wear away, and a glossy, hydrated lip is my jam! Recently, I discovered 3 Graces Beauty, a brand that aims for cleaner ingredient options to create skin-loving formulas that are uncomplicated and make you feel beautiful.
3 Graces Beauty offers skincare and cosmetics that are cruelty-free (leaping bunny certified), use ethically sourced ingredients, and makes their products in the USA. They are proud to share that they are fragrance, paraben and silicone-free!
There is also an emotional, self-love aspect to this brand that I admire. Each product is inscribed with words that spark hope and invoke feelings of self-acceptance and grace. I was mesmerized by their glosses and realized this nice side to the brand after noticing the words on the sides of the gloss when I was playing with them.
While 3 Graces Beauty has some interesting skincare that I could use, today, I am focusing on their Radiant Lip Gloss that comes in 7 flattering glossy shades ranging from soft and nude to bold and crisp. I rarely do a bold lip, so I chose three everyday shades that work for me, Pink Nude (pink with shimmer), Light Nude (true nude), and coral.
The ingredient lineup for the glosses is appealing to me, especially since they explain that each gloss actually has a serum within it. Each serum contains organic moringa seed oil that provides antioxidants to fight free radicals and moisturize, and skin-nourishing emollients such as acai berry oil, kpangnan butter, and squalane!
The glosses come in the typical tube packaging, with an end showing the TRUE color of the gloss which I appreciate so much. How much do we all get annoyed when the package or ads show one color and then you open it and see it’s totally different?! Doesn’t happen with 3 Graces Beauty! They also include doe-foot applicators that dispense the perfect amount of product to be swept across the lips.
I find the formula super comfortable without being sticky. Each are hydrating, and the colors I chose make me happy. While I feel they are “perfect for me”, the 3 Graces Beauty team worked hard to create a color family that would work across multiple skin tones which I think we can all appreciate. Pink Nude reigns as my favorite color, while nude and coral are tied.
Pink Nude has the slightest bit of shimmer in the formula but I don’t see that translate onto the lips, just glossy lips! This is not a negative for me, I could take or leave a “noticeable” shimmer. The nude gloss subdues my own natural lip color in a way that looks very clean and nice. It looks light brown in the tube but applies sheer, and the coral is my “fun” color. It’s a bit brighter than my usual options, but I like a little pop of peachy pink since it goes well with my complexion.
3 Graces Beauty is reasonably priced (all products are under $40 with most being under $20). The glosses are $20 each and I’d agree they are worth it. The formula feels comfortable, the color payout is as expected, the packaging is clean and sleek, the ingredients are ethically sourced, and everything is manufactured in the US. That alone usually makes products higher priced than most want to pay!
You can find 3 Graces Beauty on Amazon (with prime shipping, yo!), but they also have a website where you can see more!
