Fall Favorites Skin and Body Treats

This post is sponsored by BabbleBoxx

Are we all excited for Fall? I think I’ve had just about enough of Summer this year. Don’t get me wrong — I love Summer, but the heat lingers a little longer here, so we look forward to the change of weather! It gets exciting to see seasonal items on display in stores, and that growing feeling to start decorating for something. Anything! It’s a fun time of year and I found some new and familiar favorites to ring in the change of seasons.

Pumpkin Spice, anyone?

I discovered CORE Food bars earlier this year and was really impressed with how yummy and nutritious they are. They were great for my busy days to get a satiating snack in between errands and now, brace yourselves friends, they have a new CORE Foods Pumpkin Spice version of their plant-based bars! That first bite into their soft chewy bars was a dream! Warm cinnamon and spices mixed with that delicious, memorable aroma of real pumpkin make these a treat!

These are a limited flavor run so if you want them — DON’T WAIT! You know how pumpkin spice anything can draw a frenzy! And use my code to save yourself a bit while snagging these. Use code: FALLBOX25 for 25% off

Coffee? Or Latte?

Bath and shower time is always more enjoyable with the right products. I love retreating to my shower for a long, hot, unwinding moment to myself. Tree Hut is a brand that is frequently seen in my shower caddy because I’m obsessed with their shave oils and can’t live without their body scrubs!

My skin feels fantastic when I use both because they use nourishing oils like evening primrose, avocado and macadamia to moisturize while sugar acts as both a physical exfoliant and is a natural source of AHAs to chemically gently exfoliate the skin. If that sounds just as good to you, my only question is, would you like a coffee? Or latte?

Tree Hut came out with their fall scents with Pumpkin Spice and Velvet Coffee shea sugar scrubs taking turns in my shower! Each one has its own set of benefits so I went a little ham and opened both to use at the same time! Pumpkin Spice has that warm pumpkin and nutmeg aroma to it while pumpkin enzymes assist in smoothing the skin further. Velvet coffee has hints of caramel and maple syrup adding some sweetness to the distinctive java scent while caffeine helps tighten and firm the skin.

Getting That Autumn Glow

Taking care of my skin is something I really enjoy doing. It’s a great way for me to unwind and invest a little self-care into myself since it makes me feel happy and beautiful. As someone who is 40, and has spent many years of fun in the sun, my skin has some discoloration and signs of aging. While I can’t stop the aging process, I do what I can to supply my skin with what it needs to look its best. That often includes hydrating and moisturizing the skin, as well as exfoliating it regularly.

I do use daily products like retinoids and glycolics, but sometimes you got to pull out the big guns with a high-performance, professional-grade skincare treatment you can use at home. MedPeel Dark Spot Corrector Brightening Serum. This clinically proven serum can fade dark spots, and uneven tone and smooth the skin in as little as 14 days without irritation, so I needed to give it a try.

How does it work? With a proprietary blend of PHAs, AHAs gently exfoliate while Alpha Arbutin and Lactobionic acid boost luminosity and clarity of the complexion. Want to give it a try for yourself? Do it! I want to hear how you like it!  I also have a code for you too: BABBLE20 (valid until 12/31/2022)

Bouncy with Biosil

Collagen is a supplement I like to incorporate into my diet, but as I look into different collagen supplements more, you’ll find that some work way better than others. I’m happy to introduce to you Biosil Liquid Capsules that are clinically proven to generate and protect collagen, elastin, and keratin and backed by over 25 years of research!

Each vegan capsule provides pure ch-OSA which neutralizes amino acids that break down collagen and regulate cortisol (reduce inflammation) while triggering key collagen-producing enzymes into action. (P.S, if capsules aren’t your thing, they also have a pure liquid drop version too!) The capsules are easy to swallow and remember to take; one in the morning with my protein shake, and one more at bedtime.

A product like this will take weeks to visually show the benefits, but I’m in it for the long haul and would really like to continue with these and see how they can boost the skin. Each person is different, but I will take them religiously, and always do my best to take care of myself in other ways. Need more info? You can read more here. Want to get started? Buy them here

Have you discovered any recent new favorites? I’d love to hear if there is something I should check out!

  • What do the Tree Hut scrubs have in them that makes them scrubs? My skin is too sensitive for many scrubs, but both the pumpkin spice and the latte sound divine. I may need to see if I can pick up a Tree Hut shower gel at Ulta in pumpkin spice!
