The Iliopsoas connects our spine to our pelvis. Lay on the pso-rite (one peak or two) & allow body weight to create a release in those tight muscles. Hold for 60 secs.

The mini pso-rite is perfect for muscle release in this area. Use the finger grooves to stabilize the tool while finding tender spots. Once you find it, hold and press for 15-30 seconds for release.
