[Review] Pink Basis Fashion

I love the summer 100%. The warmth, the ability to do just about anything I want, and wearing cute clothes that allow me to move around and stay comfy. I’m all about thin layers and NO sleeves.  Cute basics get me through all the seasons and can be styled up by mixing and matching with accessories, bags, and shoes.

Pink Basis sent me a few items to check out from their online store which carries super sexy club wear, shoes of all sorts, accessories such as bags and jewelry, and cute casuals for day-to-day wear.  They often have good sales so you can score a whole outfit for a pretty reasonable price too.Who doesn’t love a sale? (at the moment they are having a 45% off sale! yippee!!)

I chose mocha maxi dress because I’ll be going to Cabo in a month and wanted to have something I could dress up with heels and still look slinky with some sandals. I wore this to work and everyone loved the material which drapes nicely and flows well when you walk.  The top portion is double layered if you choose to go braless and has a racer back to show off your awesome tan. Note: you may want to opt for “seamless” undies with this choice because other options tend to show a little, but really not that big of an issue in the first place.

The Racer Back Sleeveless Maxi Dress retails for $24.99 and comes in a few colors.  I might need to get another one… just because!

I am totally into tote bags at the moment as I have been spending my weekends up in Big Bear and Orange County and need to have all my “necessities” near at all times.  I love that you can toss your purse inside along with a water bottle, a cover up, and anything else you may need without having to lug around something like a backpack. Not my style.  I also carry all my workout clothes to work in totes so it can comfortably fit my whole outfit, gym shoes, drink shaker, deodorant, and hair brush without exploding at the seams.!  I decided on the Dog Face Print Bag in turquoise, because honestly…..who doesn’t love a smooshy pug face?! Adorable! I knew I needed it in my life, like yesterday! And when I brought it to work the first day, my whole office loved it and wanted one.

We decided to bring my Maltese to the park this weekend and brought his toys, snacks and water bottle without worrying it would get messed up or dirty because its made of durable nylon and can easily wiped off with a wet towel. I was also able to keep my phone handy in the size zipper pocket it has for little items.
