J.F Lazartigue is one of those brands that continue to circle back into my life over the years and for good reason – their product has never failed to impress. I’ve tried many of their products from their orchid shine shampoo, to their amazing soy milk strengthening line, their luxe Essential duo, and even their hair color and hair loss products! I always end up going back to their soy milk line which literally transforms my long, fine hair but recently I was invited to sample their newest product line, The Ultra-Regenerating Anti-Aging line.
J.F Lazartigue is one of the first hair care lines that utilizes skincare ingredients in each of their products. Each product was carefully formulated to repair, protect and improve the look and feel of your hair with each wash. Their latest anti-aging line harnesses the power of hyaluronic acid, collagen and keratin to nourish mature hair while fighting the signs of oxidation.
The Ultra-Regenerating Anti-Aging line consists of three products, a hair mask, a washing cream and conditioner — all recommended to be used together for it’s complimentary benefits.
With most any other brand, I would use a hair mask as the last step in the shower, but with J.F Lazartigue there is a different approach. The Ultra-Regenerating Mask is to be use first and allowed to sit on the hair and scalp for a good 30 minutes. I usually apply the mask and then take my time laying out all my after shower products and what I plan to wear after during this time. This mask works to strengthen hair and by plumping and filling it in any weak areas with hyaluronic acid, keratin and collagen.
I think follow with Ultra Regenerating Washing Creme and finish with the Ultra Regenerating Conditioner. Each step of this system works to build on the previous by strengthening the hair from the inside out. I think the mask does a phenomenal job on it’s own, but like to use the full treatment for best results. There’s no other way to put it — my hair feels awesome after using all three products. It feels thick, smooth, and healthy.
