I think of myself as a pretty healthy person. I try to make good choices, but have now become even more aware of the things I choose to use for myself now that I have a daughter that I nurse. Everything that I use, ultimately can affect her so I’ve been come more aware of ingredients more than ever. One thing I had not thought about though was toothpaste. I have tried different all natural toothpastes in the past but never really found one I stuck with. I really enjoy the minty flavor of this toothpaste. It’s comes from a blend of wintergreen, spearmint and peppermint and is usually the flavor I go for toothpastes. I hate cinnamon flavors toothpastes, like seriously, WHY? Minty feels so fresh and so clean!
