Ziavic Beauty Review By Iliketotalkblog

If you’re like me, you just don’t have much time or budget for travel. I work from home, and have a small child soon to be entering school, and it seems that the idea of a vacation is far, far away at the moment. I hope that changes in the future, but in the meantime, I rely on a lot of self care practices to give me peace of mind and the relaxation and de-stress time that I need and truly feel I deserve. Ziavic Beauty came to my rescue this Summer and treated me to a trip to Tahiti — and I didnt even need to pack a bag!

You may not know about this little gem of a brand…I feel like I’ve kept it my own little secret this past month as I’ve been using it religiously because I fell in love from first use. I’m a huge sucker for “tropical” products and if there was an unmarked minivan parked in front of my house that promised me luxurious tropical scented bath products I’d probably hop in. (someone might need to save me from myself). But for real guys. Ziavic Beauty has bottled the beauty of the Tahitian Islands and sent them to my front door.

Ziavic Beauty is a simple, but luxurious line of botanically based skincare for face and body. If your skin is in need of exfoliation, moisturization, brightening or softening — then this quite possibly is for you. Not only is each product nourishing to the skin — but they also treat the senses with beautiful textures and scents of the polynesian islands.

Have you ever smelled the tiare flower? It’s actually my favorite scent for just about anything fragranced next to the coconut. The Tiare flower is the Tahitian Gardenia flower. It’s considered a “white floral” scent and makes me feel like a goddess. Keep in mind im a 37 work-from-home mom who wears gym clothes all day and I’m telling you this stuff makes me feel like a goddess. It is also said that in addition to it’s beautiful scent, the Tiare Monoi oil can have anti-inflammatory benefits, as well as skin softening abilities. You can find the Tiare Monoi oil in each of the Ziavic Beauty products which totally woo’s me! There is a very long interesting history of the Tiare flower in polynesian history but that can be saved for a google search. Look it up in you’re just as interested as I was!

But back to the products. There is a face mask, a body scrub, and body souffle in the Ziavic product family and all three have their winning points to them.

The Tahitian Black Pearl Perfecting Masque is able to brighten and nourish the complexion. It’s thick but spreads easily and has volcanic black sand in it which gives it a black shimmery appearance. It also has a blend of Tahitian Monoi (coconut oil with Tiare flower) and i can attest to it’s skin softening abilities. I thought it was a clay mask but it never dries out the skin and easily washes off to reveal a super soft complexion.

The Taha’a Vanilla & Tuamoto Coconut Exfoliating Body Polish With Tahitian Monoi is the body scrub of my dreams. It has bits of coconut to gently exfoliate with the help of sugar, vanilla and coconut powder to polish away dead skin. In just opening the jar you can see there is moisture just waiting to soak into the skin and smells absolutely divine. I do wish this came in a much larger tub but I’ll try and refrain from going crazy in the shower with full body scrub downs and use it more selectively.

ziavic TIARE TAHITI Deluxe Body Soufflé with Tahitian Monoï

The prize product of the Ziavic line is the Tiare Tahiti Deluxe Body Souffle with Tahitian Monoi. This lightweight body cream soaks into the skin immediately and makes me feel like I have been living on the islands all Summer.  The scent is sensuous and beautiful and everything I want in a body cream. It doesn’t take much work to absorb into the skin, doesn’t leave me greasy and is a perfect last step for some freshly shaved legs.  I’d love a matching perfume oil to go with it to dab behind the ears.

I relish in my Ziavic Beauty treatments and look forward to using them every chance I get. Self care rituals such as these are super important to me and keep my mind and mood elevated while simply making me feel “pretty”.

If you’re into the tropical paradise thing but also can’t afford the plane ticket, I urge you to treat yourself to anything from this set. You can find Ziavic Beauty products exclusively on their website. Go on….you know you want to.

  1. Oh wow, these look and sound like great products. And that picture of Tahiti makes me want to go there and take the products with me. LOL!

  2. Looks like a wonderful line. It is the closest you’ll get to Tahiti for many years so savor it. We took our first alone vacation from the kids when they were 15 and 16.
