How often is health on your mind? I think because I have a kid it’s become something super important to me, one, so I can stick around for a long time, and two to set a good example for my little one. Eat This Book is a great place to start for some fun and interesting tidbits on the usual and unusual foods we eat. Even though I have put serious thought into what I eat for the past few years, I myself even run out of ideas at times and struggle to think of new, interesting things to eat that I won’t get tired of. Sometimes, even the slightest adjustment to your usual favorite foods can produce a new meal for you to fall in love with, and the author, Stacy Michelson does a great job of getting the wheels turning with this illustrated food book!
