Softer Skin With Clover and Bee

One of my favorite ways to treat myself is with luxurious feeling bath products. The shower is the one place you can escape as a mom (sometimes) and getting those 15 minutes to yourself feels like bliss. The warm water, a good hair mask, a close shave and a nice scrub make that little moment absolute heaven.

When I was approached by Clover & Bee Skincare I was elated to give them a try.  Born from the idea a mom had to make healthier skincare products, Clover & Bee Skincare was created for her daughter who was struggling with severely dry skin. Best of all, using natural based ingredients, like honey that was harvested straight from her backyard hives. Natural based products appeal to me more, now more than ever. As a new mom, you are bombarded with the threat of toxins all around and you try as best you can to keep healthier, less dangerous products in the house in case your little one gets ahold of them. A product that can give me peace of mind is already winning in my book.

Clover & Bee specialized in body polishes, and have three varieties that each have a inviting scent. I chose Grapefruit & Jasmine and fell in love the minute I cracked open the jar.  YOU GUYS. This has got to be one of the most beautiful scrubs I’ve come across! Within the honey granules and sugar are dried jasmine blossoms mixed throughout. What really intrigued me is that its first ingredient was honey and not sugar! It definitely made me take a closer look at it because I never expected that.  The blend also includes skin loving oils like Babassu nut oil (which is a lightweight, non-comedogenic oil with lots of vitamin E) and Macadamia nut oil (a favorite of mine, that moisturizes and is rich in antioxidants).

I like a good granular scrub and Clover & Bee fits the bill. I love using it after shaving my legs and on rough spots like my elbows. Some “scrubs” out there simply don’t have enough scrub to them but this one met my expectations for a body polish.

And seriously, how beautiful is the branding and packaging of these scrubs? From the lid emblem to the cute label, I’m totally feeling the Clover & Bee vibes.

Each body polish retails for $34 each and you can grab yourself a tub at the Clover & Bee website.  And don’t forget to follow them on their Instagram!
